Hello fellow Mac user, 

I wanted to take the opportunity to tell you and your members about a 
new totally free Mac Social Network.  MacMod.com is repositioning 
itself as a Mac-only social network and this should be great for your 
User Group!  It will help you reach more people in your area and the 
site has some great community building tools to help promote your 
group online.  We've been around for over 7 years and if you're 
already familiar with our history, we are still focused on helping 
people customize and optimize their Macs, but we've introduced all 
the social networking features people are used to on sites like 
Facebook and Myspace. 

We would be so grateful for your help in spreading the word about the 
new site <http://www.macmod.com>http://www.macmod.com.  If you join 
we actually have a Groups section just for Macintosh User Groups and 
we'd love to have you and your members on board!
