[BozeMUG] new mac?

Hi Gang:

I was wondering if any of you have been keeping up with the new macs? 
My poor old Graphite, even tho rebuilt completely about 3 years ago, 
is giving signs of doom in the future.  I am getting vertical yellow 
lines down the screen and the when I highlight large areas there are 
strange patterns.  I talked a little to Stevens about it and he 
thinks it is the logic board again.  Needless to say, it is too old 
to put any money into, so I guess I need to start looking for a new 
computer.   I have backed up to my external hard drive.

I am hopelessly "mac".  I just don't know what is out there.  Stevens 
suggested that I get a new iMac.

Do you have any suggestions or advice on where to look?
