[BozeMUG] Help

[Nellie Bandelier]

I bought a new keyboard and mouse. Now I get strange Icons popping up 
on the screen that hinder my use. Examples, I get an inverted shadowy V 
sometimes; I don't know why. I also get a shadowy Arrow pointing up 
that flashes periodically. Some times I cannot finish a sentence with 
anything but CAPS; I usually end up restarting which annoys me. HELP! 
What to do?
